SUMMARY:
Handle cash and credit card transactions for the restaurant, and ensure customers are seated in a prompt and courteous manner.
JOB DUTIES:
Oral and written communication
Knowledge health and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Proficient cash handling abilities
Must display quality guest service skills in a pleasant and timely manner.
Stock products.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Process cash and credit transactions correctly.
Knowledge of ABC regulations
Ability to work on your feet throughout entire shift.
Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment, and work with cleaning chemicals.
Excellent customer service skills are mandatory
Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks assigned according to set standards
Willingness to take direction and maintain a positive attitude
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to address complaints and resolve problems.
Excellent customer relations skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
The Casino is a smoking environment and the employee must be able to work in a smoke-filled atmosphere
Must be able to remain standing for extended periods of time
Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
Must submit to and clear a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to obtain a valid gaming license
